There's no window on the headboard wall, and yet there are curtains: two floor-to-ceiling panels hung either side of the picture, used as wall covering rather than as curtains. They're what gives the room its background texture, and everything else follows the same idea. Every light source is hidden — the cove, the back of the frame, the strip under the bed base — except one, the crystal chandelier, the only piece meant to be looked at.
Items shown are similar to those in the video, not necessarily identical.
A chandelier of crystal drops on brass rings, hung from an adjustable chain. Size it by the room rather than the bed: one rule that works is to add the room's length and width in metres and read that figure as centimetres. Check the weight before hanging, because many exceed ten kilos and need fixing to the slab rather than to a suspended ceiling.

It's what lets a curtain work as wall covering: with a pole on wall brackets, the panel starts below the ceiling and the effect is lost. Choose a track with wave heading tape, because it spaces the folds evenly, which is exactly what you want on a panel that never opens.

Velvet is the fabric that works best in this position because it has body and holds its own folds; a light fabric hangs flat and looks like a sheet. Order the exact drop from the ceiling: shortening later is easy, but a panel that's too short can't be rescued.

In a bedroom an armchair gets sat on rarely and used for clothes constantly, so choose a cleanable fabric in a mid tone: pale velvet shows every mark. Channelling also hides wear considerably better than a flat surface.

Beside an armchair the height should match the armrest or sit slightly below it: any higher and you lift your elbow every time. The small top is an advantage here, because a large side table in a bedroom always ends up covered in things.
